The Omaha is the home Marcus and Carrie designed for their own family – a home that reflects years of experience designing and building custom homes, along with the lessons learned through every stage of family life. From the outdoor-accessible full bath and garage attic access to the oversized walk-in pantry and flexible living spaces, the Omaha embodies the design philosophy that influences every MWK home.

Carrie’s Perspective

We intentionally designed the full bath with direct access to the patio because we knew it would become the bathroom everyone uses after swimming. It’s one of those details you don’t think about until you’ve spent years telling wet kids to stop running through the house. We also added a handheld shower mounted lower on the wall. It makes washing muddy dogs after a walk so much easier. It’s a simple detail, but one you’ll appreciate when most needed.
